Activation & Key recovery
If you already paid, you can retrieve your license key using your Session ID (cs_live_...).
1) Where do I find the Session ID?
It appears in the URL on the success page after checkout and in your email receipt. It starts with cs_live_.
2) Show my key
The key page opens on cbmtgo.com (server-side, no CORS).
3) Enter the key in the add-on
Thunderbird → Favorite Folders → Settings → Paste your key → Activate.

What is included in the free version?
The free version includes the Favorites panel with quick access to up to 5 folders in one account.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro unlocks multi-account support, unlimited favorites, custom icons and colors, and remembered panel size and position.
How do I move messages to a favorite folder?
Right-click one or more messages in Thunderbird, choose “Move to Favorite”, and select your destination folder.
I don't see the key right after payment
Wait 10–30 seconds and try again. If it persists, contact us with your Session ID.
Will I receive an email with the key?
Yes (if your email is available from checkout). You can always recover it from the “Show my key” page.
