Privacy Policy

Pinned Panel for Thunderbird respects your privacy. This add-on does not collect, store, or transmit personal user data.

Local Data Storage

The add-on stores configuration information locally using Thunderbird’s browser.storage.local API. This includes:

• List of pinned messages
• User interface preferences
• License activation status

This data never leaves your computer.

Email Data

Pinned Panel does not transmit email content, message bodies, attachments, or personal email addresses to any external service.

Pinned messages are stored locally only as metadata required to reopen the message:

• Message header ID
• Author
• Subject
• Date
• Account identifier

License Validation

If the user activates a Pro license, the add-on performs a license validation request to the Jolter licensing server.

This request only sends the license key and does not include personal data or email content.

No Tracking

Pinned Panel does not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party data collection services.
